Meet Simon, our Director of Business Architecture
With a career in professional services as a business architect and business analysis practitioner for more than 30 years and extensive experience as a project and programme manager, Simon has a long track record in helping businesses to establish the foundations for successful change.
Working on significant business transformation programmes for some of the UK's most well-known companies in both the private and public sectors across a range of industries, Simon has used the insight gained to develop an approach based on best practice and common sense, that is easily adapted to meet the specific needs of any organisation and situation. Simon is also an examiner for an internationally recognised business analysis qualification.

As an experienced change practitioner with a career spanning over 25 years, Zoe has supported businesses of all sizes through transformational change across a wide range of industries. Zoe has a proven track record in developing and designing practical bespoke transformational change approaches, collaborating with clients to achieve success.
As a business change professional with a background in project management, Zoe has a proven track record and unique perspective in that she is able to understand what changes need to be made, support the planning of those changes to ensure both the business and its people are ready for the changes being made, and finally identifying and implementing specific actions designed to embed and sustain change.
